Customer Returns Policy
Metrol Springs are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery, if you meet the criteria listed below. Your refund will be credited to you via the method of payment used on the day of request, but may take up to 14 working days.
Unwanted goods must be returned in re-saleable condition and in the original or adequate packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a re-saleable condition or are damaged. If these conditions are met we will gladly offer a replacement, exchange or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If for any reason you believe your product is faulty or damaged please notify us immediately on 01604 499332 or via an email to email@example.com. You must complete the customer return form and arrange for the goods to be shipped back to Metrol. Any carriage costs returning the goods are paid by the customer. Metrol Springs are not responsible for collecting or arranging collection for any goods being returned.
Upon arrival of your goods Metrol recommend checking the package thoroughly to ensure it isn’t damaged and is fully intact before accepting. If the package is damaged you must not accept the delivery and inform Metrol as soon as possible. If upon opening the goods you find them to be damaged/faulty, report this to Metrol Springs within 48 hours of receiving and provide any information you have, including pictures, within 48 hours.
If you have ordered the incorrect part or wish to return an order we will gladly exchange the product free of charge with just the carriage to pay. Some parts may be subject to a restocking fee - this is normally 15% of the product value.
